When you book a strategy call through this site, you agree that the date and time you select is a non-binding request that we will confirm by email. We may need to reschedule for operational reasons; we'll do our best to offer convenient alternatives.

Free consultation calls are intended to scope a potential engagement and do not create a professional relationship beyond that scope. Please be on time; repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.

• Project fees, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in your written agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
• All amounts are exclusive of taxes; you're responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges.
• Deposits and retainers are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and the overall design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

For client engagements, ownership of project deliverables transfers as set out in your agreement, typically upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to use and display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you've expressly opted out in writing.

• Hold all necessary rights to any content, brand assets, or third-party material you supply.
• Comply with applicable laws when using deliverables we produce for you.
• Pay invoices on time per the agreed schedule.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by your written agreement with us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
